Most of our products are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to product availability.

After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

For standard shipping, delivery may take approximately 2–5 business days within the United States and 10–30 business days for international orders, depending on the product and fulfillment provider. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Turah Gift Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our control.
